MADE BY BILONA METHOD: Our A2 gir ghee is made strictly by traditional Bilona Method. This method uses curd instead of cream & has to be cured overnight before extracting butter (loni), which is boiled down & reduced to the most superior quality of ghee that is easier to digest than the factory method using cream.

HEALTH BENEFITS: A2 or Desi Ghee is named such since it lacks a form of β-casein protein called the A1, which is harmful to the body, especially lactose intolerant individuals. Thus A2 is considered pure and is highly coveted due to a smaller natural milking capacity of Desi Cows.
